Compare your cost of card acceptance

Compare merchant card transaction costs at your real turnover and card mix. Pick your business type, enter your numbers, and see 9 in-person providers ranked by estimated card acceptance cost at your actual volume — not headline rate. Terminal rental and hardware shown separately.

We compare 18 providers. We do not compare every provider in the Australian market — names such as Fiserv/Clover, Till and Adyen aren't listed yet — and we do not compare every plan each provider offers.

A quick, honest note on the numbers

The 62.5% figure you may have seen applies only to the consumer-credit interchange cap (0.8% → 0.3%) — not to your bill. The realistic effect on a typical merchant's blended rate is roughly 0.1%–0.25% of turnover, concentrated on the credit-card portion. We show indicative figures and always tell you to verify with the provider.
